The Aviation Solutions Australasia team is comprised of a global network of highly experienced licenced aircraft engineers, technical services engineers and technical records personnel.
We are very selective in who we work with, undertaking extensive background and referee checks to ensure each person has a verified skillset and high level of expertise.
Our global talent pool means we have the scale to meet the needs of multiple projects in multiple locations, without adding unnecessary layers of cost for our clients.

Aviation Solutions Australasia was established in 2010 to meet the evolving demands of the aviation industry. Airlines, leasing companies and banks all need to meet rigorous compliance standards while maintaining commercially viable aircraft. With ever-changing regulations and multi-million dollar assets at stake, this is no small feat.
Our job is to navigate the myriad of complexities on behalf of our clients. We act as a trusted partner, understanding the needs of each situation and recommending the most strategic way forward.
Shane Waldron, Director
Whether planes, people or processes, Shane loves figuring out how things fit together and how to make them work as efficiently as possible.
Shane qualified in 2001 as a licensed aircraft engineer in New Zealand and Australia. After earning his certification, Shane worked extensively throughout New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East on narrow and wide body aircraft. He also gained experience inducting aircraft into airlines.
In 2010 Shane founded Aviation Solutions Australasia to take his engineering and industry experience to the next level—asset management. Since then, Shane has helped numerous clients navigate the complexities of aircraft management, building a reputation for exceptional service and sound advice.
Shane brings a balanced perspective and vast body of knowledge to his work. As Director of Aviation Solutions Australasia, Shane assembles the teams that manage aircraft with the precision and finesse you’d expect from an experienced engineer and asset manager.
